Buying

Registration fee: £500 deductible from success fee.
Payable: in advance
Length of search: 16 weeks.

Success fee: 1.5% of purchase price

OR:

15% of the amount saved from the asking price after negotiating on a property

whichever is the greater, payable on exchange of contracts.

Renting

Registration fee: £500 which is payable in advance

Success fee: One month's rental payable on exchange of contracts.
